Chelsea reportedly have renewed confidence that a key player will sign a contract extension this summer.
We have all been reading a lot about the contract saga of Mason Mount at Chelsea for the last few months, but nothing has been decided either way yet. We’ve been hearing a lot also about Liverpool being very keen to try and sign him, which obviously does look like the case.
However, Mount will hold fresh contract talks with Chelsea very soon according to 90min, and there is renewed confidence from Chelsea that he will extend with them.
Chelsea chiefs are desperate to keep him and they remain hopeful they will agree a new long-term deal with him.
