It looks like Mauricio Pochettino will soon be installed as the next permanent manager at Chelsea, taking over from caretaker boss Frank Lampard at the end of the season.
The former Tottenham manager is now super close to being confirmed as the new Chelsea manager, with every outlet now saying the same thing – that it’s very close and in the very final stages of completion now.

A lot has been said and debated about Pochettino potentially going to Chelsea, especially with a vacant position back at his former club Spurs. Many expected him to choose that option and return there, but it looks like he is deciding to go to their London rivals Chelsea instead.
Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has put his views out on the situation in a tweet last night, and as you can see below, he also explains why Pochettino is leaning away from Spurs and about to join Chelsea.
