The stories doing the rounds yesterday were that Chelsea’s main owners were going to meet in LA to make a final decision on the club’s new manager, and that seems to have been backed up by a video from a Lakers game last night where Behdad Eghbali was spotted walking out of the arena.
Asked whether Chelsea’s new boss would be Mauricio Pochettino, Eghbali replied “maybe”… but added a wink.
He also did a “50-50” hand motion, which may or may not be relevant.
