It’s 2-0 at the Bernabeu now, with Real Madrid cruising against 10 man Chelsea.
Once again it was just soft, sloppy, cautious, slow defending. Real Madrid had a corner, somehow were able to play several passes in and around Chelsea’s box after taking it quickly, only for the ball to be dropped back to Marco Asensio who swept one in (at Kepa’s near post, naturally).
Chelsea looked like a team who didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing – which is what they are.
