After losing to Wolves today, Frank Lampard asked if he and his squad were worried about playing Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
He responded pretty bluntly that any player who was worried about playing Madrid should “not come” to the game.
This is Chelsea, and the players need to be ready for big games like this. That’s fair enough. But they can be worried too – and they should be if they’re going to play like they did today.
