We love the Gab and Jules show on ESPN, and they were among the first to dig in to the reality of Frank Lampard’s return to Chelsea. It was a surprise all round, but like most they think it could work well – although they’re not convinced.
While they’re not dyed in the wool Frank haters like plenty of people in the media, they are understandably sceptical about the whole affair – it’s not just about the choice of Lampard, and more the overall strategy of the new ownership, which is continuing to flail around wildly.
