Legendary Chelsea striker Bobby Tambling was at Cobham this week for a visit with Frank Lampard and the players.
If only the goal machine could somehow pass on his instinct in the 18 yard box to our current crop of players. We’re sure he gave them some advice, but do they realise what a significant player he is in the history of the club?
There’s plenty more of the usual fun, with rondos and small sided games, plus the women preparing for their Champions League semi.

As a Chelsea fan for such a long time I must say this season is the worst season Chelsea fc have ever experienced in such a longtime. Lack of goals and team winning spirit is the talk abt in Chelsea squad since the beginning of this season. And Todd boehly should take the blame for all the wrong decision taking in the Club since the time he took over from Abramovich.
Potter, Lampard have all the players of Chelsea squad in their palm to try to get the best eleven out of them yet they both lack the professional quality to select players according to their area of specialization. Potter came in try all the formation he knows yet nothing positive came out. He was then replace by Lampard who also came to try is luck on some formation yet he did not get it right up to brenford lose. The game with Arsenal is approaching. I may not be a coach but if I must give my opinion I think if Lampard could employ 4-3-2-1 formation,with the like of silva,azpilicuet,Badiashile and Ben chilwell in defense. Kovacic,emzo Fernandez,kante in midfield. james,mudryk at right and left wing Frontline and joao Felix in attack. Then in substitute after 60 minute and beyond of play madueke,cucurella,mount,kai havertz and chalobah in place of silva,Ben chilwell,James joao Felix mudryk and kovacic . Chelsea we find the back of the net more than twice and beat Arsenal. I am 100 percent confident abt it. Lampard should try it and thank me later.
Neither Formation not coach is the problem. The player ain’t happy with the Chelsea’s management board and quality of the crop of players recruited recently.
