Frank Lampard stepped up to do his first post-match press conference today, and unfortunately
It’s nice to hear a different voice after 7 months of Graham Potter repeating himself, but unfortunately the message remains the same – this is not good enough, we’ve got to do better, etc.
As Lampard says, the focus now moves on the Champions League tie on Wednesday – good luck with that. We’re facing Real Madrid who look hungry to beat us, and if we play like this we will be in big trouble.
