The Frank Lampard caretaker era at Chelsea is off to a bad start, with the Blues conceding a goal to Matheus Nunes, who has smashed a ball past Kepa after Marc Cucurella failed to cut it out.
Chelsea have been under pressure from the start, and while this was a bit of a wonder goal, you can’t say it hasn’t been coming.
Cucurella looked to have turned a corner with an impressive performance against Dortmund in the Champions League – but once again he’s showing his flaws as a left back in a back four, and we can’t see Frank Lampard having much more faith in him than Graham Potter did.
