Frank Lampard has just spoken to the media after Chelsea’s third defeat in a row, and one of the most pertinent questions was how exactly he could fix it.
The usual answer is work on the training ground, but as Lampard “we don’t have training time.”
“The response has to be on the pitch,” he added. Well so far that’s looking impossible. Every week we’re coming up against very well drilled sides who are just schooling us. It doesn’t seem possible that we can improve enough in game to even compete with them.
