It’s an exciting night at Stamford Bridge, and one man who decided he didn’t want to miss out is Juan Carlos I, the former king of Spain who abdicated some years ago after a string of scandals.
Real Madrid, who have notably spent the last 24 hours trying to deny claims they’re not the “establishment team,” clearly have some big name fans. Juan Carlos was famously the king appointed by Francisco Franco, and groomed as his personal stooge in the Palace.
