Chelsea have yet to confirm that Mauricio Pochettino will be their next manager, but again, all signs point towards this being the case and it is expected to happen.

Many Chelsea fans have been left calling for Pochettino to come in right now and for Lampard to be sacked, but according to Sky Sports, Lampard will continue to be Chelsea’s caretaker manager until the end of the season.
They are also staying rather coy on Pochettino coming in, but they do still call him the frontrunner. Also, they confirm that the intention is for Pochettino, if hired by Chelsea, to start his role with them at the end of the season and not before hand.
This is probably wise, we don’t want to throw him into the bonfire!
