Chelsea seemingly have one priority incoming that they are focusing on this summer, but it looks like that might be attacked once there are a few outgoings officially confirmed.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who has been updating us with the latest on Chelsea’s pursuit to sign Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, who looks to be their main target this summer.

But Chelsea have been working very hard all this week on getting some outgoing deals agreed, and many of these are now super close to being officially confirmed. And then it looks like Chelsea will throw their official offer in for Caicedo and look to get that one done.
Romano put the latest out on his YouTube late last night, and as seen below, he says personal terms between the player and Chelsea are 95% done, with Caicedo saying yes to Chelsea.
It looks from this though, that Chelsea are just waiting to get a couple outgoing deals done first.
