There is a belief that Chelsea are already busy working behind the scenes on a number of potential transfer deals, despite it being relatively quiet so far.
The transfer window doesn’t even officially open until tomorrow anyway, but Football London are reporting that things are going on in the background right now whether we are hearing about it in the media or not.

They say that Chelsea are trying to get a head start on their business by working on things in the last few weeks. So this means we should start seeing confirmed deals coming up when the window does open and leading into the next few weeks.
The report claims Chelsea are expected to off-load 10-plus players this summer with most of them being on permanent deals.
Whilst Chelsea themselves are keen on bringing new players in this summer, with a goalkeeper, the centre of midfield and a striker being the main priorities.
They also mention eight players who could go out on loan – Gabriel Slonina, Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei, Armando Broja, David Datro Fofana, Romelu Lukaku, Malang Sarr, and Andrey Santos.
