The transfer deals at Chelsea are set to go nuts this week with a number of deals expecting to be announced.
The majority of these of course are outgoings right now, with that being the priority before the club turns attentions to arrivals.

And some of these outgoings are pretty high profile transfers with players switching from Chelsea to another Premier League rival.
Kai Havertz is set to join Arsenal from Chelsea and that deal will be completed this week, that is according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who has tweeted on the situation this morning.
Romano says that the first part of his Arsenal medical is already completed, and they are just waiting for the contracts to be signed off.
As you can see though, Romano is fully confident that this will be completed this week, as many others have also reported.

It’s a good deal for Chelsea for a player who has largely been very inconsistent at the least.
