Chelsea are really ramping up the sales this week with a huge amount of agreed deals being reported by the media.
It looks like the club are trying to now get these deals over the line with medicals to take please and contracts to be signed. And then after that, it looks like we should expect a second flurry of sales as the squad gets gutted out and rebuilt.

They say Chelsea have agreed to sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal for £65m, Mateo Kovacic to Manchester City for £30m, Kalidou Koulibaly to Al-Hilal for £17m and Hakim Ziyech to Al-Nassr for £8m.
Chelsea will try to offload a further nine players, including Edouard Mendy, Romelu Lukaku, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Marc Cucurella, Malang Sarr and Ethan Ampadu could also leave.
Then, as the report states, Chelsea will move in for Moises Caicedo of Brighton.
