Fabrizio Romano: Chelsea will make a bid for Moises Caciedo

Chelsea WILL make a bid for Moises Caicedo this week, according to the very reliable transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.

Romano put his latest YouTube video out last night and had the news on Caicedo, saying that Chelsea are set to put their offer in this week.

Chelsea have been linked with Caicedo since January, when they seemingly had an offer rejected then.

And after that, two weeks ago they saw another £60m offer rejected by Brighton for their star midfielder, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic.

You’d imagine now, that the clubs have had more talks and Chelsea’s next offer, that Romano says is incoming, will be much nearer to something the club will accept as Chelsea push to sign their priority target in midfield this summer.

This will be a fantastic signing for Chelsea if they can get him at a fair price, but it remains to be seen what that price will be.
