Fabrizio Romano has reported that two Chelsea sales will be concluded in the next few days, and provided information on both.
He says that Mateo Kovacic has already completed his medical, and will join Man City for a deal that could rise to £30m. Meanwhile Kai Havertz is going to do his medical today, and will join Arsenal for £65m.

Those are two major sales for Chelsea – we don’t expect Mason Mount to go anywhere soon as there is still significant negotiation to be done in his deal. But these two going through will mean a lot to Chelsea who are looking to raise funds as soon as possible this summer.
There have been no bumps in the road so far, let’s hope that both are squared off nice and easily. The new era is well underway, with Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku about to arrive to strengthen our attacking powers.
