Chelsea are looking to sell a handful of players to Saudi clubs this summer as the big clear out continues at the club.
The club are looking to lower the squad size quite drastically as well as balance the books for FFP rules, and we are seeing a host of agreed deals for players to join clubs already. This week should see these deals officially confirmed, including a number of the Saudi deals.

Fabrizio Romano has a bit of an update on the latest situation with Kailidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy, and Hakim Ziyec, who all look set to make Saudi Arabia their new home.
As you can see below, Romano says that once Koulibaly’s deal is signed and completed, Mendy will be next to travel to Saudi for medicals on Monday. he will join Al Ahli, and Ziyech will join Al Nassr.

It’s a great move for Chelsea selling some players on big wages, and it’s a good move for the players themselves, who are clearly keen to head there.
