It looks like we will very soon be having another deal announcement involving Chelsea this transfer window.
We have already had a few already since the window opened, but today should bring another one.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio this afternoon, Mateo Kovacic to Manchester City will be announced in the coming hours, and as well as that, Fabrizio Romano has just posted an update on the ins and outs of the deal, suggesting it is now super close to being announced.

The Chelsea News View
Kovacic has been good for Chelsea and although he wasn’t great this season, will be a big miss. However, I believe given his age and the fact it is clear he wasn’t going to sign a new contract with us, it’s absolutely the correct decision to sell him this summer, and the fee isn’t bad at all.
