Chelsea are reportedly in advanced talks to sign a Brazilian forward today, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues are known for signing up many top young talents from around the world and have already signed a number of them since the new ownership took over last season, and this move can certainly go down as one of those.

It sounds like this one could move fast if this offer is accepted, and it is another deal that came from nowhere!
Chelsea are most certainly planning for the future and seemingly aiming to get many of these top talents on board at the club before they become too big and too expensive. They have done well on this side of things so far.
