But there is one name in particular who many Chelsea fans would love to see arrive at Stamford Bridge this summer, and that is AC Milan’s Mike Maignan, who has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the world right now.
But Chelsea fans might have to realise that this wish might just be a dream, with Maignan having reportedly turned down an enquiry from Chelsea recently.
That is according to reliable French reporter Santi Aouna from Foot Mercato, who says that Maignan was approached by Chelsea, but he is not interested in joining them.
It’s at least reassuring to know that Chelsea are getting the ball rolling for some of these big summer moves that we are expecting.
