Mauricio Pochettino did an interview with Chelsea TV after the loss yesterday, where he tried to not be too negative about the bad result against West Ham.
While not wanting to accept the loss, and constantly referring to the disappointment he and his players felt, he did admit that his team was “really, really good” in the first half. If it wasn’t for a missed penalty, they would have gone to the dressing rooms 2-1 up.
After the break, the changes made to the side after Carney Chukwuemeka’s injury really disrupted things, and things weren’t as good.

Blimey what’s changed bar passing back to the keeper, we spent more time mucking around with the ball then attacking, the only positive to come out of the game was sterling probably his best half for us.
