For once, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has received some good injury news.
Chelsea have a ridiculous amount of players out injured right now and they could actually form a pretty solid starting Xl of currently injured players. It’s a curse, or whatever you want to call it, that has gone on for a few seasons now, and Pochettino, the fans, and the club, would do anything to have a fully fit squad or close to it, for a sustained period going forward this season.
But as I say, there IS some good news today at least.
Chelsea were without both Moises Caicedo and Noni Madueke in their last game against Bournemouth, with both seemingly picking up knocks.
But according to The Daily Mail, Chelsea hope to have Moises Caicedo and Noni Madueke back to face Aston Villa on Sunday.
This is great news and at least means Chelsea wont have to use such an inexperienced bench this weekend!
