The crunch match that Reece James is hopeful of returning from injury for

Chelsea could soon have their captain back on the pitch as he targets his latest return from injury.

He also now has a potential FA ban to content with but there is nothing confirmed on that yet. But in terms of his injury, he should be back in full training very soon and that could even come next week.

Sources: U25 ‘rule’ not a rule, Experienced options still being sought, some early January/summer plans revealed!

That is according to The Daily Mail, who have the very latest on that. It could be a pretty big match that James is hopeful to return for as well!

There is hope he could be ready to accelerate his training involvement next week, but the clash against Burnley is likely to come too soon.

There is hope, however, that James will be available for immediately after the international break for the game against Arsenal on October 21.

This will be a massive boost for Mauricio Pochettino and for the rest of the squad. Chelsea just look better when James is on the pitch and they need to do all they can to keep him fit now.
