Chelsea have reportedly been left pleasantly surprised by one action of a selling club this summer in a big deal they managed to get done.
As we know, The Blues have been signing players left, right, and centre in the last few transfer windows and in the summer just gone, they made some very smart buys.

None more so than Cole Palmer from Manchester City, who would be most people’s picks as the signing of the summer so far at least.
Palmer has been fantastic, and according to The Daily Mail, Chelsea have been left pleasantly surprised that City did not add a sell-on clause to his sale, meaning that the club will reap all the financial rewards of Palmer going forward should they end up needing to sell him.
Although, if he continues the way he has done so far, there is no way that Chelsea will even consider him selling him anytime soon!
