There is reportedly some figures at Chelsea who like a Premier League player ahead of a potential move to sign him in January.
We have actually been hearing quite a lot on this player of late, and it looks like Chelsea do have a genuine interest.

But so do other clubs, Arsenal included.
We are of course speaking about Brentford striker Ivan Toney, who will seemingly be leaving his club in either January or the summer.
Chelsea are keen, but according to Ben Jacobs, Toney is not at the top of their list of strikers they are looking at right now. And if he had a decision between Arsenal and Chelsea, Jacobs believes Toney would go to Arsenal. However, he is open to joining either team.
Jacobs believes that whilst Toney might not be first choice for Chelsea, for the right price they could make a move to sign him in January.
Jacobs told GIVEMESPORT:
“It isn’t a given that Chelsea will just move for Toney. We’ve heard many links. Some within Chelsea like Toney, at the right price. But generally, the consensus is that Toney isn’t at the top of the list. There’s also a feeling that if Arsenal and Chelsea come in for Toney, he may prefer the move to Arsenal. He’s open to both offers and keen on staying in London, but if both projects came right now, Arsenal might turn Toney’s head more than Chelsea. So Toney is the gettable one in January, but the price could be as high as £80m.”
