Chelsea’s owners do not reportedly agree with a large section of the club’s fan base on who should replace Mauricio Pochettino, should he leave or get sacked anytime soon.
A lot has been said and reported on this during the week because Pochettino’s Chelsea have had two very poor performances and results, conceding 8 goals in 2 games along the way. And really, this season has been nowhere near good enough and that has led for a lot of calls for the Argentine to now be sacked.

One of the potential replacements being spoken about is former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, who appears to have the backing still from a large section of Blues fans, if not quite all of them.
But according to journalist Ben Jacobs, the ownership do not share the desire to bring Mourinho back to Stamford Bridge for a third spell at the club.
In words Jacobs said on talkSPORT today, as picked up by The Chelsea Chronicle, he said:
“My understanding is that there is no succession plan in terms of active lists [to replace Pochettino] but clubs are obviously always looking ahead as they don’t want gaps. I’m not sure Mourinho is a name which is being spoken about. I think he wouldn’t come in as an interim anyway.
“The thing about Mourinho is that he is not necessarily right for this project. He would have to come in and man manage a lot of young players and I’m not sure that’s Mourinho’s strength. My understanding is at the moment that the ownership don’t see Mourinho as a possibility.”
I think the owners have already missed out on the best manager for a young team and that was when they messed up the Nagelsman interview, I have never thought Pochattino was the correct choice as he plays players in wrong positions and never changes a system during a game ( he was the same at PSG ) I personally would bring in someone like Cesc Fabragas
