“Finally!” – Chelsea player happy with individual achievement after big win at Aston Villa

One Chelsea player was happy with his individual achievement last night as he helped his side beat Aston Villa away from home in the FA Cup fourth round replay.

The Blues needed a big performance, and that big performance came last night. They will be very pleased with their 3-1 win against a very good side.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea’s Pochettino sacking stance, Plans to review sporting directors after unrest at the very top!

Unai Emery’s side have been impressing in the league this season and have been a very tough team to play against. But Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea brushed them aside with ease last night in probably one of the best performances of their season so far.

It’s a far cry from recent form and Chelsea fans will just be hoping that it can now continue.

It was Conor Gallagher who opened the scoring and set the tone for the rest of the game, but perhaps a sign of how bad things have been this season, it was his first goal of the campaign!

“It is [a weight off my shoulders] to be fair, finally!’ he said after the game in words picked up on the Chelsea website.

“Obviously, I like to score goals and I want to score more. This season I haven’t done so and hopefully I can get a few more.

“It was nice to get my goal and with it being my first of the season, it was really important to me. I think it helped us gain confidence in the game which helped us win, so I’m really happy.”
