There has been some revelations revealed on a Podcast this week from one former Chelsea coach regarding a transfer deal that should have got done but didn’t.
It was probably the worst kept secret at the time that Frank Lampard and Jody Morris wanted to sign Declan Rice at Chelsea.

Then even after they left Chelsea continued to be strongly linked to wanting to sign Rice, who of course is now starring for Arsenal.
But Morris has revealed that ‘Chelsea fan’ Rice was pretty close to joining Chelsea at one point but it seems the club officials messed it up.
