Chelsea have done it!
The Blues have been much better in the second half, and they deserved both of their goals. Gallagher made the first by winning the ball back high up, and he’s now got himself on the scoresheet.
Cole Palmer dragged defenders away from his teammate with a great run, giving Gallagher space to shoot. It was still a very tricky effort to pull off on his left foot, but he managed it with aplomb.
What a great moment for him, he was getting some stick for his West Brom connection, and made the crowd pay here.
Can we go on and win it? We certainly don’t want to risk losing it, but it’s a very open game and anything can happen now. There’s some real belief in this team.
