A Chelsea director has been spotted at Cobham yesterday attending Chelsea’s latest training session and speaking to under pressure boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine is going to be assessed at the end of this season and a decision will be made on whether he will continue as Chelsea manager or not. Without a doubt, the pressure is on him immensely, and he needs results.

The Blues face Tottenham on Thursday evening in the Premier League, and co-director Paul Winstanley was spotted at training yesterday as the players and coaches prepared for that game.
As you can see below, Winstanley stopped to have a chat with manager Pochettino, and captain Reece James, who has been back in full training this week after his recent surgery.
It’s not too often that any of the directors are pictured at training, whether they are just camera shy or not remains to be seen, but this looks like something that doesn’t happen too often.
