Off the back of two great wins for Chelsea, one journalist has detailed what manager Mauricio Pochettino must do to avoid the sack this summer.
A lot has been said and written about Pochettino’s future, and it looks like it does still remain unclear and the owners of the club will decide at the end of the season whether to stick or twist.

It’s a conversation because overall Pochettino hasn’t been good enough as Blues boss this season, when you look at the whole picture. He does have a chance to end it strong now and get into the Europa League, but that seems dependent on the clubs above them slipping up in the last three games.
Even if they get Europe, there will be a host of Chelsea fans still not convinced that Pochettino is the one to lead them forward and bring success back to the club.
But according to journalist Bobby Vincent over at Football London today, fans who want Pochettino gone might have to like it or lump it if the Argentine manages to get European football in these final three games.
He says Chelsea will review Pochettino’s position as head coach at the end of the season before deciding what to do next. Finishing in a European place is believed to be massively important in any future decision.
Chelsea fans do seem a little more split now on Pochettino than they were just weeks ago when they got smashed by Arsenal, which I just find very odd. I believe an opinion should be formed over time and shouldn’t be changed after a couple of games. But that’s just me personally, I guess everyone is different and thinks differently.
I’ve just witnessed a lot of flip flopping and recency bias in opinions lately and I think it’s better to form an opinion over time.
