Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has delivered some big Chelsea transfer news on his latest Playback show and says that there are some advanced negotiations happening for them to bring in a new player this summer.
Chelsea have already been doing bits, and they have been linked with a host of new players recently. They want a new striker of course, but they are also looking at other areas on the pitch.

And the big news this morning is that they are advancing to sign a new centre back!

As you will see in his Playback show above, Romano said: “Negotiations are advancing for Chelsea signing Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors. The player has already said yes to Chelsea, but the clubs need an agreement.”
Anselmino is another young centre back from South America, but suggestions have been that he would be coming into the Chelsea first team straight away, but we would have to wait and see about that one.
