The Chelsea players are off on their preseason tour to America now, but before they went the players got a chat in with Chelsea TV.
We particularly liked Levi Colwill’s comments about new coach Enzo Maresca. All sorts of briefings and sources have told us that the squad are happy with the new manager and his approach, but it’s more interesting to get it direct from the source
Of course they’re never going to say anything negative, so everything here should be taken with a pinch of salt, but it’s interesting to read between the lines of his comments about the new boss.
It was also interesting to hear him reflect on last season, where he made a big breakthrough and could have played even more had it not been for injuries. Let’s hope he can build on it this season.
