Enzo Maresca is set to address the media for the first time on Tuesday in Santa Clara according to journalist Kieran Gill.
The Blues head off to America on Monday for their pre-season tour, having already got two weeks of training under their belts at their Cobham base.
Chelsea will face five matches in five different cities starting with Wednesday’s game against Wrexham before further matches against Celtic, Club America, Real Madrid and Manchester City.
Maresca to address the media on Tuesday
Maresca was appointed on a five year contract as Mauricio Pochettino’s replacement, but fans and the media haven’t heard much from the 44-year-old other than his interview with Chelsea’s media team.
The Blues have posted a number of clips on social media of Maresca in action on the training pitch with the Italian adopting a very hands on approach and getting involved in training sessions.
Reports have suggested that Chelsea are impressed with how Maresca has handled his first few weeks in the job, whilst the players are also believed to be taking to his methods.
Fans will no doubt be looking forward to hearing more from their new manager and Gill has confirmed that Maresca’s first press conference will be in America and is scheduled for Tuesday.

The former Leicester boss is likely to face questions about the Enzo Fernandez racism incident, with Chelsea currently conducting an internal disciplinary investigation into the incident.
The tour is where the real had work begins with fans and Maresca himself able to see the first signs of whether what the squad has been working on in training has been taken on board.
Maresca likes to implement a heavy possession based style of football and it will be interesting to see if we see any early signs of that, or any team identity.
Chelsea will have pretty much a full squad to work with in America bar the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Marc Cucurella, Cole Palmer and Conor Gallagher who are on holiday after reaching the Copa America and Euros finals respectively.
