Mike Penders to Chelsea?
As Romano says above, Chelsea’s plan is to sign Genk’s 18-year-old goalkeeper Mike Penders and let him stay on loan for at least one season at his club. However, Chelsea have not decided to proceed with the deal or not. Contacts are ongoing and they are assessing the deal.
