Chelsea have reportedly held internal discussions over signing another player from Premier League side Brighton during this summer’s transfer window.
Chelsea have already had regular and recent dealings with Brighton in recent years signing Marc Cucurella and Moises Caicedo from them, as well as director Paul Winstanley, manager Graham Potter, and a host of other staff members from them.

And now they are looking at another one of their players, according to journalist Ben Jacobs speaking to The SPTC Podcast this week.

As you will see in the video on the website above, Jacobs confirms Chelsea interest in Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma.
He says that Mitoma to Chelsea is just internal club discussions at the moment and it hasn’t moved anywhere yet. He also admits it would be tough to get done., but Chelsea have mentioned him as a potential target for this window.
We don’t expect this one to go anywhere to be honest.
