Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has posted a bit of an all you need to know latest info update via his Instagram account late last night in a handy snippet on the Victor Osimhen to Chelsea situation.
There’s been a lot going on and a lot reported on this one in recent hours as we head into crunch time in the last few days of the summer transfer window, so it’s handy to have it all in a small snippet delivered by Romano.

The update is neither positive nor negative really and does not really give us any idea whether Romano will end up at Chelsea or not, but it is just the situation where we are right now and seemingly Chelsea have a lot more work to do.
