According to Fabrizio Romano late last night (as above), Chelsea approached Napoli last night to submit an official bid for Victor Osimhen. It’s a Loan with OBLIGATION to buy. Meanwhile, Chelsea discuss salary terms with Victor. The Al Ahli deal ONLY happens if Chelsea talks collapse.
Surely Chelsea will not be submitting this official offer finally if they were not confident that they can agree personal terms with the striker? Let’s see what happens.
