And now after that good news, he has also been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award for August, carrying on his incredible form from last season.

I am of course speaking about Cole Palmer, the Chelsea talisman. He has had the absolute best year of his life in terms of his football career at least, and things just keep getting better.

Palmer is also in the top 30 nominees to be named Ball d’Or for 2024, which is a huge achievement in itself.
This just goes to show what an incredible season Palmer has had and how much of an impact he has made in world football not just in England.
