That’s just what he does. He was played in by Nicolas Jackson and smashed a beautiful left footed finish past Areola who had no chance.
It’s only the start of the second half but Chelsea have already wrapped this game up. Now is our chance to bring on your talented young right back Josh Acheampong, in a situation where he can get a really useful half an hour and start to bu… oh wait, he’s not even in the squad. Typical.
Still, we’re 3-0 up and cruising, so we’re not going to moan too much. Here’s to an easy win over Barrow in the cup with plenty of kids, and another important 3 points next weekend against Brighton.
