We really enjoy Matt Law speaking about Chelsea because he’s covered the club for years, so has a really in depth view on what’s going on, yet he’s not actually a fan, so he maintains a more objective view.
On the London is Blue podcast today they asked Law what he thought of Chelsea’s summer window. He gave it a 7/10, but had one major reservation.
“Where my problem lies with the summer business is that I think more needed to be done at the back,” Law said.
“[Robert] Sanchez is just not good enough,” Law continued.
It wasn’t just in goal that he has doubts – the defensive until still lacks a real flagship leader to replace Thiago Silva.

Petrovic is a far better keeper than Sanchez and he has gone out on loan .
