Matt Law on London is Blue Pod

And the saga continues at Chelsea with all the news right now seemingly just about this ownership breakdown and fall out that is going on right now.

Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital are at a crossroads right now with the club, and they are seemingly both pulling in opposite directions.

Insider Matt Law of The Telegraph describes it as a culture clash at the club between the two ownership sides, Boehly and Clearlake.

Clearlake sacked Pochettino without Boehly being there

As you can see in the latest London is Blue Podcast, Law explains that Clearlake went ahead of sacked Mauricio Pochettino as manager without Boehly being there, when the night before Boehly had took Pochettino out for dinner and the coach was under no impressions that he would be sacked at that point.

It’s absolutely nuts and is no surprise that the two owners are now at loggerheads and trying to buy each other out.
