It’s been a tough start to the season for some of Chelsea’s loanees as they look to prove their importance at their new clubs, but this is the stage of the season where rotation and injuries start and previously benched players start to get their chances.
Tonight’s midweek clash saw Omari Hutchinson’s Ipswich win a big game in the Championship against Southampton, with the winger scoring with a first time finish from the edge of the box.
Let’s hope this earns him more minutes in the weeks to come.
