Chelsea will make an announcement about their sponsorship with Infinite Athlete today, according to Matt Law of the Daily Telegraph.
The Chelsea reporter had the scoop late last night that the £40m a year, front of short sponsor deal had been approved by the Premier League, who had spent a month scrupulously checking that the amount being offered was commensurate with the value of what they were getting – basically to prevent a Man City style inflation of our revenue by companies with links to our owners.

That’s all gone through, and the sports data company will have our men’s and women’s team shirts for the year.
As he reported last night, it will be very difficult to get shirts printed up in time for tonight’s game, but Monday’s Premier League match against Fulham looks more likely.
It’s taken them about 9 months, but we have a shirt sponsor… now let’s try and get ourselves together in other areas, before it’s too late.
