(Video): Cole Palmer looks nervous on debut, but steps up at kick off to impress

Cole Palmer has had a couple of sub appearances, then started his first Chelsea game against Brighton in the cup last week, but the real excitement came in his Premier League debut on Monday, under the lights at Craven Cottage – and Chelsea TV was there to capture it all.

Palmer delivered on the pitch, showing everything we were hoping he would as a menace in between the lines. If he carries on like this he’s going to be a star for us. He looks a little subdued and nervous as he arrives at the stadium and warms up – but once he’s out on the pitch, it all comes naturally to him.

  1. Good player hope he continues his ran like that . He deserves to play first team and start . Him and chukwuemeka in attack with mudryk plus Jackson / Broja their pace will terrorise opponent defence. Jackson and Broja needs to learn to play hold up and link up play . Both like to dribble. If CFC get Toney or Osimhen or others striker they can bring to in January it will help the team or if they can train their current striker and mold to become world class Striker it save them money plus they give them chances to their academic player’s like Washington .
