Chelsea were playing well and winning 2-0. Arsenal were out of ideas and the fans were singing Thiago Silva’s name as the Blues looked to see out the final 20 minutes.
Instead, Robert Sanchez has given the ball away, Arsenal have scored, and suddenly things are nervy.
There was just no need for Sanchez to try a risky pass into midfield. We’re winning this game because of dodgy keeping from David Raya, but now we’ve given up a goal through similar actions ourselves.
