(Video): “That is the reality” – Desperate Pochettino admits Chelsea’s goalscoring has cost them again

The worst part about being a football manager is not that you have to lose sometimes, it’s that you have to speak to the media afterwards.

Mauricio Pochettino faced the Sky Sports cameras after today’s defeat and had to turn back to his old excuses.

“We created chances, but didn’t score, and that is the reality.”

There can’t be much arguing with that. The question is what you intend to do about it, Mauricio.

With a glum look on his face and a cap pulled low over his eyes, things are starting to look a little desperate for the Chelsea coach now.

  1. His tactics not working. The same when he was in spurs . He has to sort out his defence. His looking to score but his defence is exposed. I been saying this drop Gallagher . Play noni / maatsen . He can use mudryk and noni in wing attack place Palmer alongside striker . Or play maatsen in central midfield alongside Enzo caceido and be discipline in defense to counter the counter attack of the opposition. If he only keep playing badiashile their is no struggle. Caceido so casual no urgency way far from kante . Enzo been check no pace , he needs support . NKunKu should start to play now with Lavia . Sad to see CFC isn’t the same as before . They need to balance the central midfield .
