Stuart Pearce was on TalkSport today, where he used poor Conor Gallagher as example of how far Chelsea have fallen.
He compared it to the days where John Terry was captain. “This is Chelsea football club,” he said.
“When I see a club being captained by Conor Gallagher…” he trailed off.
We get what he means – it’s not Gallagher’s fault, and he will one day make a great captain. But if you want to win things, you can’t have a young players with a handful of games Champions League experience as your captain.

The problem is the manager . He always favor Gallagher which their are much skill players to play in midfield. The manager defence idea is not strong and he’s offence coach which his team suffers. He doesn’t have balance . This young squad is skill and quality but don’t know why they are struggling . Leadership perhaps is another problem. They have to be a man to give their very best to win .they need to fight to win not to be bullied. Caceido expensive player but play casual . Enzo gives his best but no help at all . Palmer is good he give his heart out too . The two strikers are not good enough. Why not to give the young Washington a go . I know his young and raw but gives this young man the way he treat Gallagher might be the answers for goals. Poch should read the game how his opponent play . Not to insist his tactics which the opposition read his game plan . He needs to twix to make his opposition confuse . Poch tactics is readable. He has no defence and his selection his not balanced. Plus some players are lazybones not giving their heart out to win . They only look on their own glory rather than collective . I am sorry to Enzo Silva cucu Palmer and some but the other players are not worth to have a wages to play football for this club . I am not looking forward to this next game because tactics and selections will bring this team to relegation battle . But I will be happy if they will win . God bless those true Chelsea FC players who give their heart to this club .
